I’m a working, coparenting mom and one of those people who loves to travel. Exploring has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. Photography too. But, as life unfolded I found myself with less and less time for each.

A few years ago, my life fell apart. What had been my safe space for over a decade was no more. I was lost, sad, overwhelmed and suddenly had more time alone than I knew what to do with. After some trial and error, I realized I could turn my free time into an opportunity. I could use it to explore — visit all the places I’d always wanted to go plus go back to some of my old favorites. I could capture the beauty and stories of each place I visited along the way, too. Once again making time for what I loved to do. I was scared to go it alone, but soon my travels became a refuge and I slowly found my way back to myself.

More recently, I started this page and my social media accounts to share my adventures. In doing so, I hope to foster connections and perhaps inspire you. To reframe a life event, notice the beauty around you, make time to do all of the things you love and want to do or take a leap to go on a trip or other adventure with just your wonderful self.
