For Easter and the week of spring break, my parents took my brother and I to the panhandle of Florida this year. We drove and on the way home crossed the border into Gulf Shores, Alabama to experience the beaches there, too. I remember the sand being so soft and white; like the softest powdered sugar. And the water being such a pretty blue. We also drove through Mobile.
