I spent a week in the Cayman Islands with my mom and brother after finishing grad school. It was a much needed escape that allowed me to recoup a bit before starting my post-grad training. We stayed at a resort along Seven Mile beach and spent time exploring the island + surrounding sea. The highlights were definitely relaxing on the beach and so much time in the water, swimming with dolphins and sting rays.
