I’ve been to The Bahamas twice and, interestingly, both times in February. The first time was as a child with my family on a Disney-ish cruise aboard the Big Red Boat. We stopped in Nassau, Freeport and Gorda (now Castaway) Cay. I can’t say I was that interested at the time lol. I was more into the pools, waterslides and characters on the boat. But, later, as an adult I spent a very relaxing week on Great Exuma. I was newly pregnant so I didn’t feel the best, but I remember it as a beautiful and hospitable place and one to which I would gladly return.
